Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing basic support for marketing brand managers on all online and offline marketing/lead generation projects.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Under supervision of the brand manager, initiates project work orders on all marketing projects assigned
  • Media Plan management
  • Balance multiple competing priorities and drive for excellence
  • Coordinates production of marketing deliverables with members of the creative and interactive marketing teams
  • Writes internal project briefs, schedules projects, and ensures timely, on-budget delivery of agreed upon deliverables
  • Work in online tools and systems for the creation and management of projects
  • Prepares cost estimates for brand managers on applicable projects
  • Follows-up on all aspects of projects in the works, particularly production details, for their assigned clients
  • Reviews copy and design for accuracy and adherence to brand standards
  • Follows-up with brand manager to ensure completeness of materials prior to presentation to clients
  • Provides assistance in information gathering and analysis
  • Provides assistance in the development of presentations
  • Assist in management of online marketing programs including email, 3rd party vendor advertising and search engine marketing
  • Schedules client meetings, prepares agendas and pertinent information in advance of meetings as well as takes notes in meetings and communicates recap to all attendees
  • Assists brand manager with special client requests as directed
  • Prepare various reports in Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing
  • Preferably two to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have online marketing experience, preferably in an agency as an account or project coordinator
  • Professional team player
  • Strong ability to think strategically
  • Self-starter with emphasis on multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organization
  • Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
  • Must have ability to coordinate work projects, determine priorities, set deadlines and complete projects accordingly
