Interactive Marketing Coordinator – PPC

As a key member of the CHG Interactive Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a strategic role in maintaining and optimizing paid search (PPC) campaigns for all four of the CHG brands: CompHealth, Weatherby Healthcare, RNnetwork and Foundation Medical Staffing. This role will help drive qualified traffic through carefully organized keyword campaigns, targeted ad copy and bidding tactics. This role will work closely with CHG leadership to build and evolve our paid search marketing program to drive leads. How You’ll Contribute:

  • Day-to-day execution of the PPC account for the CHG suite of brands
  • Regularly monitor paid search performance and provide corresponding analysis
  • On-going bid adjustments to hit return on investment targets
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search to meet goals
  • Maintain campaign reports, A/B test results and baseline account performance metrics
  • Hit monthly budget targets
  • Create ad copy A/B tests to identify the most effective ads to various audiences
  • Partner with the web and creative teams to test and optimize landing page experiences
  • Collaborate with the Media and Brand teams to communicate channel performance
  • Stay up to speed on search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors with an emphasis on marketing/business administration/information technology (or relevant experience)
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing, analytics or other relevant capacity
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Understanding of paid search metrics
  • Familiarity with online marketing technology (Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, DoubleClick, etc.). Google AdWords and Adobe Media Optimizer experience is a bonus.
